High-trust convenings that move leaders
from conversation to clarity to action.

Design the rooms where decisions shift.

I design environments where truth surfaces and decisions move. Then I translate what happens in the room into systems that hold under pressure.

When to call me

You don't need a better meeting. You need the right room at the right moment.

Leadership misalignment

Your leadership team revisits the same issues without resolution. Alignment feels close, but key perspectives are not shaping the outcome.

High-stakes offsite

You are planning a leadership gathering that needs to produce clear decisions, not surface-level agreement.

After a disruption

A reorg or leadership shift has changed the dynamic. What needs to be said is known, but not spoken.

Decisions are stalling

Important decisions slow down or reverse because the real concerns are not being addressed.

Experience and intent are not aligned

You have clear values, but the day-to-day experience does not reflect them.

Some voices shape decisions and others do not

Input is gathered, but not all perspectives carry equal weight.

You need truth without fallout

You want honest dialogue that leads to clarity without creating instability.

What's at risk

What's at risk

When these moments are not handled well, the cost shows up quickly and compounds over time.

Leadership alignment erodes

The same conversations repeat

Trust weakens across teams

High performers disengage quietly

Culture efforts lose credibility

Strategy stalls in execution

How I can help

Three ways to work together — each designed to move you from signal to system.

Lintel Advisory Offerings

Intentional Convening & Experience Design

Most organizations don't struggle with insight. They struggle with alignment. The room is where that gap closes. I design leadership gatherings, offsites, and strategic moments where people can speak plainly, see clearly, and move together.

  • Purpose-Driven Architecture — Each convening is built around a decision or inflection point.
  • Threshold Management — The composition and flow of the room are intentional.
  • Experience Synthesis — What happens becomes direction and next steps.
Plan a Strategic Convening

From Experience to Infrastructure

Clarity without structure fades. I build the systems that allow decisions to hold. The patterns that surface in the room often reflect deeper structural gaps. I translate those signals into governance and decision pathways.

  • SIGNAL-to-SYSTEM™ Method — Diagnose what's happening beneath the surface.
  • Two-Week System Health Pilot — Rapid scan, clear insight, immediate stabilization actions.
  • Identify Breakdowns — In people, process, and decision-making.
  • 2–3 Structural Actions — Create leverage. Build what holds.
Strengthen Your Systems

ERG Governance Architecture

Employee insight only matters if it reaches decision-making. I design formal pathways that connect employee networks to enterprise decisions, creating clarity and accountability.

  • Decision Pathways — Clear routes for insight to influence.
  • Accountability Structures — Defined ownership and follow-through.
  • Strategic Input Protocols — From input collection to impact.

The Reclamation Retreat

Where this work becomes personal

The Reclamation Retreat

The same principles used to design leadership rooms also apply to personal transition.

The Reclamation Retreat is a curated gathering for women navigating burnout, change, and next direction. It creates space for clarity, restoration, and forward movement.

Some people make organizations more efficient. I make them more honest.

I'm Tyra Orange, Founder and Managing Principal of Lintel Advisory.

Belonging is infrastructure. It works when people are free to tell the truth.

I design convenings where something real can be said, then build systems that hold what emerges.

The work has to last. That is what Lintel Advisory is built to do.

My work is grounded in 20+ years inside financial services, not as an outside observer, but embedded at the highest levels of enterprise decision-making. Before founding Lintel Advisory, I spent over a decade as a trusted advisor in the Office of the CEO at a global investment bank, where I sat inside governance forums, board dynamics, and executive operating rhythms that most people only read about. That vantage point shaped everything. I went on to serve as Vice President of Inclusion and Diversity at TD Securities, where I designed enterprise-wide systems connecting culture, talent, and inclusion outcomes to business performance. I built SIGNAL-to-SYSTEM™ from that lived experience, because I know what it looks like when the room works, and what it costs when it does not.
